Nelson Mosinoh (Managing Director)
Born in Sandakan in 1978, Nelson Mosinoh graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2000, and an MBA from Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2009. He establised Gain Forlife Sdn Bhd in 2004 at the young age of 26 years old.
Carrying the slogan, ‘Synergizing the Industries’ Human Capital Needs Through TVET’, and with a total industry partner of more than 35 companies, Gain Forlife Sdn Bhd was declared as the 1st industry-led academy in Borneo by the local industry association in the year of 2016.

Youth Programme / Train & Place
An apprenticeship Program that is funded by the Malaysian Government. Suitable for school leavers, fresh graduates and unemployed graduates.
This programme aimed to enrich their job skills and experience to enhance employability.
- This programme applied from 16-40 years old
- Open to SPM leavers
- Open to Malaysian citizen only
SLDN Programme
SLDN (in Malay) / NDTS is the acronym for the National Dual Training System.
‘Dual’ means training in two learning situations, namely :
- The actual workplace (company) that covers 70% to 80% practical training (performance)
- Training Centre which cover 20% to 30% of theory (knowledge)
The main objectives of SLDN
To produce knowledge workers (K-Workers) i.e. employees who own three elements of competence, namely:
- Technical
- Social & Humanities
- Methodology & Learning
HRDCorp Programme
This programme assist employers in retraining and upskilling their employees in line with their operational and take their business to the next level.
HRD Corp Support:
- Funding for in-house or public training for a minimum duration of four (4) hours
- We serve organizations of all sizes from small sole proprietors businesses to SMEs by providing Corporate Teambuilding, Self Development to focusing on innovation and taking your company to the next level.
Bina Kerjaya (Kerjaya Madani) Programme
This programme has been subsidized by the government, specifically created for self-employment insured persons, gig workers and workers from informal sector transitioning into formal sector.
Eligibility Requirements
- Self-employment insured persons, gig workers or informal workers
- Diploma-level (or below) qualification
- Age 16-50 years old
- Keen on transitioning career from informal to formal sector
