Founded by Nelson Mosinoh in the year 2003, Gain Forlife Sdn Bhd (GFL), has been actively involved both in soft skill training and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET) catering to the needs of school leavers, unemployed graduates and working adults especially in Sabah. In line with the Government’s vision of producing 2 million skilled workers by year 2020, we took the initiative to increase our program accreditation and work closely with the industry players to ensure that skills talent that is produced is demanded in the market. To date we have programs which are accredited by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), Institute of Hospitality & Management Ireland (IHMI) and Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). We are also proud to affiliate ourselves with the industry such as PacifiCity Hypermall, METROJAYA, GIANT, Pick N Pay and Servay Hypermarket (Sabah) Sdn Bhd for our retail program and almost all the 3 to 5 star hotels and resort in Sabah for our Hospitality and Tourism Program.

From our humble beginning, we have now become one of the leading training providers in Sabah. We specialize in the area of providing quality-training programs to help organizations improve performance and assist the youth in Sabah to acquire skills that are relevant to the needs of the Sabah economy as a whole.
