Lead Auditor Course

This course enable the delegates to understand the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard along with the principles and practices of leading Management systems and perform process audits(First Party, Second Party & Third Party) in accordance with ISO 19011(Guidelines for Auditing).


   Medium : Bahasa Malaysia & English    At least a minimum group of 5 (in-house training)

  Explain the principles of the MS

  Interpret and apply the requirements of the MS in an audit situation

  Plan and conduct audits to verify the effective implementation of the MS

  Write audit reports that precisely represent the audit findings

  Undertake audit follow-up activities to verify the effectiveness of corrective action
